✈️ 1. Booking, Changes & Cancellations
- Change or Cancel: NPR 1,000/- fee applies for date/sector changes or cancellations.
- VOID Charge: NPR 500/- per ticket.
- Refunds: Processed within 24-48 hours based on airline policies.
- Ticket Rules: Non-refundable & non-transferable unless the airline allows (fees may apply).
- Rescheduling: Depends on airline availability; fare differences or penalties must be covered.
- No-Show: Even refundable tickets become non-refundable if you miss your flight.
- Important: We are not responsible for any airline penalties on changes or cancellations.
🎁 2. Miles & Special Requests
- Frequent flyer miles? Handled by the airline.
- Special assistance? We may charge a small service fee for meals or special requests—please request in advance.
🛂 3. Travel Documents – Don’t Forget!
Make sure you have:
✅ Valid passport (at least 6 months before expiry)
✅ Visa/Transit Visa, if required
✅ Confirmed flight ticket
✅ Onward/return ticket, if needed
✅ Travel insurance (highly recommended)
✅ COVID-19/Health certificates, if required

- Baggage policies vary by airline—extra weight may cost more!
- 1 piece of baggage = 23kg (standard airline rule)
- Always check airline baggage rules to avoid extra charges.

- Be on time! Arrive 3 hours before international flights.
- Double-check! Reconfirm your flight time 24 hours before departure.
